Handmade Pizzas

Here are a few popular options (or choose your own pizza combinations):

• Grandma Folgarelli's (mushrooms, onion, kalamata olives, pepperoni with our house red sauce and mozzarella cheese blend)
• Classic Pepperoni (pepperoni with our house red sauce and mozzarella cheese blend)
• The Meat Lovers (pepperoni, pancetta, prosciutto, and Italian sausage with our house red sauce and mozzarella cheese blend)
• The Veggies (pepperoncini, Roma tomatoes, grilled artichokes, red onion with our house red sauce and mozzarella cheese blend)

We can certainly mix up the selection based on what you like.  We also offer gluten-free crusts.

Zydeco Wings

• Our chicken wings are baked with a zesty spice blend and blackened in our oven.

Italian Chopped Salad

• A blend of Iceberg and Radicchio with Ceci beans, sundried tomatoes, and genoa salami with our own Marge's Italian dressing.

Each catering event features a fully staffed team, with pizzas freshly cooked on-site. Additionally, we provide compostable plates, napkins, and utensils to ensure an eco-friendly dining experience.
